Having trouble downloading or opening a file from DALFASTCV? Try these quick fixes.
Common fixes
- Check your browser's download bar or your device's Downloads folder — files usually save there automatically.
- Allow downloads if your browser blocked a pop-up or download prompt.
- Try a different browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, fully updated.
- Disable strict ad/script blockers for our site, as they can block file generation.
- On mobile, some in-app browsers restrict downloads — open the page in your main browser (Safari/Chrome).
- PDF won't open? Update your PDF reader, or open it in your browser's built-in viewer.
