Free plan
Building, previewing and downloading on the Free plan costs nothing — free PDFs simply include a small watermark, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions
- Cancellation and refund requests. You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Refund and withdrawal eligibility depends on the type and timing of the purchase and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Cancel anytime from your account (secure Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops future billing immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then return to the Free plan.
- Annual plans renew unless cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another charge; refund and withdrawal rights remain governed by applicable law.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice by mistake, charged the wrong amount, or a payment failed to activate your plan, email support@dalfastcv.com with your order details and we'll correct it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
