Free plan
Building, previewing and downloading on the Free plan costs nothing — free PDFs simply include a small watermark, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions
- All payments are final. Because Basic, Professional and Executive plans unlock premium templates, AI features and unwatermarked downloads the moment payment clears, we do not offer refunds — this applies to your first payment and to every renewal.
- Cancel anytime from your account (secure Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops future billing immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then return to the Free plan.
- Annual plans follow the same no-refund policy — cancel before your renewal date if you don’t want to be billed again.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice by mistake, charged the wrong amount, or a payment failed to activate your plan, email support@dalfastcv.com with your order details and we'll correct it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
