Most of what we offer is free — no payment, nothing to refund.

Digital products & subscriptions

For paid digital products and Pro subscriptions:

• 7-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Downloadable digital products are, by their nature, delivered instantly. If a product is faulty, not as described, or you had a technical problem accessing it, we'll fix it or refund it.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
