Use of the Service
These terms govern your use of DALFAST CV (“the Service”), operated by DALFAST, s.r.o. By using the Service you agree to these terms. You may use DALFAST CV for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to use it. Do not use the Service to infringe others’ rights or to process unlawful material.
Your account
You may create an account to purchase a plan and download your documents. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@dalfastcv.com.
Free and paid features
Building and previewing documents is free and needs no account; downloading your documents and unlocking premium features require both an account and a paid plan (Basic, Professional or Executive), which is clearly indicated. Prices are shown before purchase and may include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of DALFAST, s.r.o. — DALFAST, s.r.o. is the merchant of record and the entity you are paying. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime from your account or the Stripe customer portal.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and code are owned by DALFAST, s.r.o. The resumes, cover letters and motivation letters you create belong to you.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law is that of the Slovak Republic.
