Who we are
DALFAST CV is operated by DALFAST, s.r.o. (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your documents: the resume, cover letter and motivation letter builders run entirely in your browser. Your document content is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers — this remains true even when you have an account.
- Account data: if you create an account we store your email address, your name, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and your plan status. This is used only to sign you in and unlock the plan you purchased.
- Contact details: if you email or message us, we receive the information you provide so we can respond.
- Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe returns only a customer/subscription reference so we can manage your plan.
- Usage & cookies: we may use minimal cookies/analytics to keep the site working and understand usage. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
To provide and improve our services, respond to support requests, process purchases, and comply with legal obligations.
Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU company we follow the GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@dalfastcv.com.
Data retention & sharing
We keep personal data only as long as necessary. We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments) under appropriate safeguards.
